Finca La Colonia y Arroyo is grown in the municipality of Rancho de Arriba, in the San José de Ocoa region of the Dominican Republic, at an altitude of 1,250 to 1,420 meters above sea level.

After being hand-picked, the cherries are depulped, fermented, sun-dried, and machine-finished, resulting in a coffee with a sweet brown sugar taste and tobacco notes.

This full-bodied coffee is elegant on the palate, with woody and vegetal hints.
